CheaperFloors.Com currently ships to all U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Methods & Fees

  • “Ground” is our standard shipping method, unless the shipping method will be requested by you (e.g. by air or overnight delivery).
  • The shipment is usually done at the same day after the credit card has been approved.
  • UPS, FedEx, and DHL are our shipping carriers for direct shipments and standard deliveries.
  • If a particular product is out of stock, we will notify you and we could offer you an equivalent substitute or the option of holding your order until all products are available for shipment.
  • We ship only within the United States.
  • Title passes to the buyer at the time of purchase.
  • The insurance fee does not cover any damages except the damage done by transportation.
  • We recommend you sign for the items upon delivery. Otherwise, they will be left outside your premised and you forfeit your right to sign for the merchandise.

Out of Stock Items

  • In case your item is out of stock, we could offer you an equivalent substitute.
  • If you were interested in the substitution, we will email you before shipping to confirm your 'substitution' and provide the option to select other items.
  • If you do not want to make a substitution, we will ship you other available items minus the out-of-stock item(s) or cancel the order altogether under your request.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
Payment Methods

CheaperFloors.Com  accepts American Express, Master Card, and Visa as payment for online and in-store orders.

Sales Tax

  • CheaperFloors.Com  is required to charge sales tax in the state of CA.
  • Tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item.
  • In accordance with CA tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges, item-level discounts, and an allocation of order-level shipping and handling charges and order-level discounts.
  • The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.
    The sales tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your business address.
  • Express orders placed by NOON U.S. Pacific Time will ship the same day. Express orders placed after NOON U.S. Pacific Time will ship the next business day.
  • Unless otherwise specified, delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
